DAVIS, IOWA PARK
IOWA PK - Goldie Cobb Davis, 88, died Thursday in a Wichita Falls hospital.
Services will be at 2 pm Saturday at Highland Pavilion with the Rev. Paul Cunningham, Associate Pastor of Fain Presbyterian Church of Wichita Falls officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Davis was born February 13, 1907, in Neal, Kansas. She and Carl Cobb were married Dec. 31, 1932 in Waurika, Okla. He died May 25, 1962. She and M.W. Davis were married and he died June 1984. She was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Iowa Park. She lived in Clay County from 1951 to 1962.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Nelda Monroe of Wichita Falls; a son, Eldon Cobb of Jackboro, Texas; a sister, Lillian Potvin of San Jose, Ca.; a brother, Earl Taylor of Eureka, Kan.; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Iowa Park.
