SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for Delbert D. Roach, 82, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 1997 at Fillmore Cemetery, Haughton, LA. Officiating will be Dr. W.D. "Step" Martin, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. Assisted by Rev. Price Harris, Music Evangelist.
Mr. Roach a resident of Shreveport died Wednesday, December 17, 1997 in Shreveport. He was born in Sulphur Springs, TX and was a carpenter. Mr. Roach was Baptist.
He was preceded in death by son, Butch Roach; daughters, Barbara Lattier and Sandra Roach; first wife, Helen Roach and second wife, Willie Mae Roach.
He is survived by three sons, Mike Roach, Bossier City, LA, Delbert Fuller, Sarepta, LA and Gary Roach, Elm Grove, LA; two daughters,' Durwilla (Dee) Holland, Shreveport, LA and Deborah Shaw, Atlanta, GA; sixteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Price Harris Evangelistic Association, 438 Mars Drive, Shreveport, LA 71 106.
