The remains of Mrs. Sarah Griggs of Elizabeth, New Jersey were brought here. After a short service at the grave were buried in the family lot beside her husband. Mrs. Griggs was the daughter of the late Deacon Joseph and Susan Smart and widow of the late George H. Griggs of Roxbury, Mass. She was born In Charlestown, June 11, 1843. Mrs. Griggs has made her home with her daughter in Elizabeth, New Jersey, for several years. She is survived by a son and daughter and several other relatives.
