Neil B. Hildebrand, 67, passed away Saturday March 16, 2019 at Lake Region
Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday, March 23, 2019 at the
Cedar Valley United Methodist Church, West Liberty where the family will
greet friends from 9:00 A.M. until service time at 10:30. Family inurnment
will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty. The Henderson-Barker
Funeral Home in West Liberty is in charge of arrangements. A memorial fund
has been established.

Neil Bruce Hildebrand was born March 30, 1951 in Iowa City the son of
Edgar and Edith Mae (DeForest) Hildebrand. He was a graduate of West
Liberty High School in the Class of 1969 and Kirkwood College where he
received a degree in Ag Mechanics. On June 17, 1971 he was united in
marriage to Mary Morehead in West Liberty. He was a member of the Iowa
National Guard. Neil was a longtime farmer in the West Liberty area and
had also been employed with H.D. Cline and Liqui Grow in West Liberty. He
attended the Cedar Valley United Methodist Church and was a part of the
Blue Bus Gang.

He is survived by the love of his life Mary, two sons: Michael (Jennifer)
Hildebrand of Brooklyn, Iowa and Mark (Jana) Hildebrand of Winter Garden,
Florida, 6 grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Allison, Samantha, Judson, Marlie and
Reagan. Two sisters: Linda (Clint) Minch of Lakeview, Arkansas and Lory
(Dennis) Rieger of Pleasant Hill, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his
parents.
