Mr. Bacon was a coal miner. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Macedonia and the United Mine Workers.
He was born March 5, 1955, in Harvey to William and June Bacon. He married Carla Sine in 1983 and she survives.
Other survivors include four children, February and Donald Bacon and Nat and Steven Bacon, both at home; his parents ; two brothers. Bill Bacon Jr. and Gerald Allen ; three sisters, Gayla Moss anq Sherry Spence and Linda McAfoos; and a step grandmother, Mable Moye .
