Mrs. Morgan graduated from Sugar Notch High School. She lived in the Albany area for more than 40 years. She was a bookkeeper, hostess and switchboard operator at the University Club in Albany. She was also a hostess for many years at the Albany Institute of History and Art. Mrs. Morgan was a communicant of the Third Reformed Church, where she served as treasurer for several years. She was a member of the Martha Circle, the Reformed Church Women's Ministries and the American and Schenectady Rose Societies.

She received a certificate of proficiency in bookkeeping from the Southwestern Publishing Club of Ohio in 1931 and various awards from the Schenectady Rose Society. She had life membership in the Boy Scouts of America.

She was the widow of Edward Ross Morgan. Survivors include two sons; three sisters, Stella Melski and Sophie Koreny, both of Warrior Run, Pa., and Lillian Seppi of Maspeth, Queens or Virginia, and four grandchildren.

"Ceile", as she was affectionately called, was a member of the Third Reformed Church in Albany, New York. She was a very devoted and spiritual woman and a loving mother.
