James Randall Jeffreys of Banner passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Born on August 5, 1956 to James Jeffreys and Louise Hamblet Jeffreys in Jackson, Mississippi, he was 62.

A graduate of Mississippi State University, Randall had a career as a Banker and Mortgage Broker after starting out serving as a Baptist Youth Minister. Known as someone with a great sense of humor, Randall was also known to be a fan of both the Football and Baseball teams of Mississippi State. In addition to Mississippi State sports, Randall enjoyed camping and fishing.

Randall leaves behind his Wife Patricia Baker Jeffreys of Banner; Son James Garrett Jefferys of Austin, Texas; Daughter Brittany Hughes of Alabaster, Alabama; Brothers Brad Jeffreys of Coffeeville and John Mark Jeffreys of Tupelo; and Grandchild Asher Jeffreys of Alabaster, Alabama.

Randall will be laid to rest on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 3:00 pm in New Hope Cemetery in Coffeeville. Roy McDowell will lead Graveside Services with prayers and words of comfort. The family will receive friend at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce one hour prior to the service.

Serving the family as Pallbearers will be Blake Jeffreys, Ben Jeffreys, Chris Jeffreys, Sean Jeffreys, Patrick McGonagil, Jeremy Parker, Andrew Snellings, and Keith Snellings.

Randall was preceded in death by his Mother and Father.

Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce is honored to be entrusted by the family in helping to make arrangements honoring James’s life.
