She married Dan Holland on Valentine’s Day in 1947 and they celebrated 47 years together before he preceded her in death in 1994. Billie was a loving homemaker to her family. She enjoyed working in her yard, flowers, and her pets. She is also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Charlcie Wills.
