William F. Schadel. 71. of 314 Riverside Drive. South Charleston, died this morning at his home following a short illness.

Mr Schadel was retired from the National Lead Co. and Trojan Steel Co., and had resided in South Charleston for 34 years. A member of the First Presbyterian Church in South Charleston; he was also a member of the Beni Kedem Shrine of Charleston, the Shrino Trio, the South Charleston .Lions Club and the Masonic Lodge of Wellston, Ohio. Surviving: wife. Edna: son, William of .Fayetteville, N.C; sister, Mrs, Harvey Sharron of Cincinnati. Ohio; brothers, Curt and Walter of Cincinnati. The bodv is at the Snodgrass Funerai Home in South Charleston.
