MRS. BANOVICH DIES.
Death came yesterday at a local hospital to Mrs. Nlka Banovlch, 43. She had been ill only a short time. The family home is at 611 East Park street. Mrs. Banovlch had resided In Butte for more than a quarter century and was known by many persons. She was a member of Croatian Fraternal Union, U. 8. A., No. 89.
Born in Austria, she came to the United States at an early age. Surviving are her husband, Antone; five sons. Bozo, Nick and Matthew Grmoljez and Elle and John Banovlch; two sisters, Catherine and Leclel Peko, and her father and mother in Austria.
The body was taken to the Daly-Sheamortuary. Today the body will be returned to the home and funeral services will be held Thursday morning from Sacred Heart Church with requiem high mass celebrated. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.

Nickolas Jacob Grmoljez, 84, died Saturday morning at his home after an extended illness. He was born on Aug. 5, 1914, to Pavo and Nika Grmoljez in Butte.

He attended Sacred Heart grade school. He was employed at the Montana Hardware Co. for 25 years, and he later worked as a Teamster for Anaconda Co. for 30 years until his retirement. Nick married Mary C. Launes in Sacred Heart Church on May 3, 1952. He was a member of St. Ann's Parish, and the Teamsters union.

He was preceded in death by his son, Tony J. Grmoljez in 1977; his brother and sisters-in-law, William "Bo" and Mary A. "Mayme" Grmoljez, and Gloria A. Launes.

Surviving relatives are his wife of Butte; brothers and sisters-in-law, Matthew and Lorraine Grmoljez, John and Mary Banovich of Butte; brother-in-law Fred Launes of Butte; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

His remains are in Duggan Dolan Mortuary where friends may call after 4 pm. Monday. Parish Vigil services will be conducted in the mortuary chapel at 7 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from the mortuary. Liturgy of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Ann's Church at 10 a.m.
Interment: Mountain View, Cemetery. Memorials: St Ann's Parish, Our Lady of the Rockies or the Humane Society.

Nick J. Grmoljez passed away Saturday at his home. His remains are in Duggan Dolan Mortuary where friends may call after 4 o'clock Monday. Parish Vigil services will be held at 7 o'clock Monday evening. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. from the mortuary.
