Eddie was born to Claude Anderson and Elizabeth Myrtle. Eddie had an older sister Shirley and a twin sister Maxine. Eddie also had 2 half siblings Russell and Jeraldine Cumbie. Eddie was married to Phyllis Faulkner and they had 3 children together. Rick, Treva and Russell. They divorced in October 1970. He had three more daughters Brandy and Roberta Anderson and Sarah McCartney. He met the love of his life Roberta Gamel (Slack) and they were married in 1981. Eddie spent the next 37 years being happily married to Roberta until he passed away. He was the step father to her 4 daughters Kathleen, Patricia, Cynthia and Shelbi. Eddie had many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Eddie loved the out doors. He loved to camp and gold mine. Eddie in his younger years was in a band, called the Four Knights. They were Dave Frizzell, Dale Paseman, Earl Counts and Eddie.The band was real good and they traveled all over playing. Eddie loved his family and loved being a grandpa. A year or so before he passed away the family was able to all get together for a family reunion. Eddie passed away a little over a month after loosing his oldest daughter Treva to cancer.
