She was born July 25, 1907 in Bybee, Tenn., the daughter of Mose and Martha Allison Arms. On July 30, 1927, she married Earl O'Neil in Carrollton. He preceded her in death in 1982. Mrs. O'Neil was a member of the Bosworth Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Elmer O'Neil of Kansas City and Ruble O'Neil of Riverside, Calif.; a daughter, Ina Ruth Morris of Gladstone; a sister, Ina Mae Sprouse of Chillicothe; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Willie B. Watson.
Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, 1995 at the funeral home in Carrollton. The Rev. Lee Borders officiated. Burial was at Van Horn Cemetery north of Carrollton." The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune, January 9, 1995
