Dr. George A. Vassos, associate medical examiner, Monday ruled Cook's death a suicide due to Carbon Monoxide poisioning. West Springfield police said Cook was found by an employee at 7 a. m. Saturday in his car outside the business establishment. Cook was a former President of the West Springfield Rotary Club and a member of the West Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
