William James Mietus Sr., married Marilyn Ruth Cripe on Oct 30, 1948 in Franklin Park IL. Five children, Linda, Nancy, William Jr (12-31-1973), John and Jack. Marilyn and Bill owned and operated Marilyns Truckstop and John's Place in Boulder for several years. Marilyn passed on 12-19-2004 after a brief battle with cancer. William Sr. died of congestive heart failure at his home in Wickenburg, AZ.
William Sr. was cremated and he is intermed in the same plot as William Jr., although there is no marker for William Sr.
