ESTAL M. BAILEY, 71, OF RICHWOOD, ESTAL M. BAILEY RICHWOOD _ ESTAL M. BAILEY, 71, OF RICHWOOD, died May 10, 1987, in Sacred Heart Hospital, Richwood, after a short illness.

He was a retired miner and was a Baptist.

Surviving: wife, Kathleen Starcher Bailey; sons, Leslie "Shorty" of Canvas, Eddie of Craigsville, Brooks of Fairbanks, Alaska, Carl, Dale and Doug, all at home; daughters, Mrs. Mary Haynes, Mrs. Cookie Waselchalk and Ginny Hinkle, all of Richwood, Alice Myers of Webster Springs; brothers, Roma of Richwood, Edgel of South Charleston; sisters, Mrs. Mary Anderson of Ravenswood, Mrs. Alice Postek of Barberton, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Hinkle Mountain United Methodist Church with the Rev. Paul Skaggs and the Rev. Fred Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park, Richwood.
