Anna Mae Goodlet, 101, Rushville, Missouri, died Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Atchison Senior Village.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 18, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at Crossroads Chapel, formerly Lewis & Clark Baptist Church, Rushville, Missouri with Rev. Terry Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Weston, Missouri. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 until 2:00 at the church. Memorial contributions are suggested to Crossroads Chapel or Senior Village Garden Fund or Sugar Creek Christian Church and may be left in care of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom the final care has been entrusted.

Anna was born April 4, 1918, in Iatan, Missouri, the daughter of John T. and Catherine (Loubey) Large. She attended school in Iatan.

She and George Russell Goodlet were united in marriage on December 7, 1940, in Weston, Missouri. Mr. Goodlet preceded her in death on February 27, 2004.

Anna was employed with the Atchison Hospital for 30 years, serving as the head of housekeeping.

Anna was a Charter member of the Lewis & Clark Baptist Church, now the Crossroads Chapel. She loved flowers, gardening, and quilts. She cherished her family and being able to spend time with those she loved.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Jones, Rushville, MO, a son, Wayne Goodlet, Rushville, MO, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Russell Goodlet, a sister, Margaret Groves, a granddaughter Kelly Goodlet, and a daughter-in-law, Janice Goodlet.
