Victor was born in Ardmore, Alberta. He later met his wife, Tina, in Northern Alberta. Victor worked at various places in the Peace River area and finally settled in Grande Prairie. He was a Heavy Duty Mechanic as well as a Journeyman Welder, and had his own company for a number of years.
Victor was from a family of 8 children and he is survived by his sisters Irene, Pauline, and Jean; his brother Benny; his sons Peter (Shelly), Victor (Kyla); and his daughter Caroline. As well as his very dear companion and best friend, Annette Perra, who brought much happiness to his life.
He was predeceased by his wife, Tina; his brother, Norman; and sisters, Vivian and Iona.
