Jerry Dillow Sr., age 83 of Anna, died Saturday, April 20, 2019 in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born November 16, 1935 in Union County, the son of Roy Lee and Ruby (Teller) Dillow. He married Lorene Gibbs on December 13, 1955. He later married Joanne Rowley on September 3, 1977, in the Casper Church. Jerry is survived by his wife, Joanne Dillow of Anna; children, Toni Leggans of Warner Robins, Georgia, Dorene (Donald) Pedigo of Chattanooga, TN, Jerry Jr.(Tiffiny) Dillow of Anna; step-son, Matt (Paula) Wettig of Anna; six grandchildren, Shannon Lee, Holly Flannigan, Ashilay, Amanda, Austin and Katrina Dillow; six great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Lorene on March 15, 2013, and brother, Charles A. Dillow.

Jerry honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1962. After returning home he worked for the City of Jonesboro Police Dept and as an over the road truck driver. He later worked at Choate Mental Health Center as a Technician. He enjoyed boating, fishing, watching westerns on T.V. and mowing his lawn. He will be dearly missed by all his family.
