Resolutions of the Norcatur Post No. 413. Whereas, it has pleased out Heavenly Father to remove from among us our beloved comrade, James Carnes and Whereas, in his death Norcatur Post has lost a true and loyal member, therefore be it Resolved, that the sympathy of Norcatur Post No. 413 be extended to the sorrowing family and relatives. Resolved, that these resolutions be spread upon the records of this Post, a copy sent to the family of our deceased comrade and also one to the Norcatur Register for publication.
