Graveside services for Edith Aday Andrews, 88, of Washington were held Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Washington Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mrs. Andrews passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015.
Edith Aday Andrews was born November 7, 1926 in Washington, Okla., the fourth of five children born to Joe and Myrtle Aday. Edith grew up in the Washington area and attended Washington Schools, graduating from Washington High School in 1945.
On July 19, 1947, Edith married the love of her life Aaron Andrews. Together they were blessed with two daughters. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many.
Edith was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Myrtle Aday; brothers, Paul, Otis and Melvin (Bud) Aday and sister, Marlene Andrews.
Edith is survived by her husband, Aaron Andrews of the home; daughters, all of Washington; grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
