Mrs. Dessie Boor Schumacher, 95, a resident of 521 E. Jefferson St., died Saturday in Providence Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Schumacher was born and spent her life in Sandusky, being a member of Trinity Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Merritt C. Thiem, Ogden Dunes, Ind. and Mrs. A. C. Violette, Sandusky: five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded m death by her husband, John, in 1953 and a daughter, Mrs. E. R. Rudolph, in 1918.
Funeral services were held this afternoon in the David Suitor Funeral Home, the Rev. Benjamin Black, officiating. Burial is to be Tuesday in Oakland Cemetery.
