Services for Mr. Sauls were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. August Ruff officiating.
Interment was in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation was 4-8 p.m. Monday and two hours prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Sauls, 91, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Lillie Allmon Sauls; wife, Lassie Bates Sauls; and sister, Beulah Sauls Elrod.
Survivors include: nieces, Leatha Elrod, Rita Bates, Susan (Mark) Gibbons and Brenda (Bill) Baird; nephews, Howard Elrod, Daniel (Pam) Elrod, W.W. Butch (Joyce) Hickman and Sam (Rhee) Bates.
