Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, Coal Valley, where she was a member. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
Visitation is 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Esterdahl Mortuary Ltd., Moline, with a wake service at 7. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
Barbara Jo Gregorious was born May 24, 1935, in Sterling, Ill., the daughter of Earl and Mildred Glassburn Gregorious. She married Raymond C. Tschopp April 23, 1955, in Sterling.
She was employed for Dan-A-Way bus service as a driver for eight years. She later worked at the Jack and Jill Store in Coal Valley. She also worked in retail sales at Venture, Walgreens and Turnstyle stores for 15 years. She was also a trustee for the Coal Valley Township from 1972 to 1980. She was an avid bowler.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Paula Betzel, Davenport; sons, Charles Raymond Tschopp, Des Moines, Kevin Tschopp, New Lenox, Ill., Brian Alan Tschopp, Sherrard, and Gary Tschopp, Davenport; seven grandchildren; and sisters, Sharon Ribordy, South Beloit, Wis., and Linda Mandel, San Jose, Calif.
