Barbara L. Blanchard, 88, was born in Charleston, West Virginia on July 19, 1930 to parents Ormal Blake Litton and Cloa Burgess Litton. After a very long fight, Barbara Blanchard got her angel wings on Monday, May 6, 2019 and is at the foot of Jesus in awe.

Barbara is preceded in death by husband Melton Ray Blanchard and brother Raymond Litton. She is survived by her brothers Ronnie and Larry Litton; children Sherry Villarreal (Steve), Terry Brandt (Don), Michael "Mike" Blanchard (Anne), and Scott Blanchard; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
