REFUGIO - Lupe Cisneros, 74, of Refugio, died Wednesday in a Refugio hospital following a brief illness.
Born Dec, 25, 1911 in Refugio, to Jose Cisneros and Maria Gomez Cisneros, she was a homemaker.
A rosary will be recited 7:30 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 3 p.m. Saturday at St. James Catholic Church with burial to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary Helen Brown and Mrs. Sylvia Elizalde, both of Refugio; two brothers, Charlie and Avel Cisneros, both of Refugio; a sister, Mrs. Adelfa Hinojosa of Corpus Christi; eight grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Henry Cisneros Sr., Henry Rocha, Edward Trevino, Jesus L. Lozano, Leandro R. Lozano, Romulo Anzuldua.
