Adam was a chief. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Laura Kinzie; 3 brothers, Alex Pixley (Leah Pearson), Alonzo Kinzie and Loren Kinzie; grandmother, Terri Kinzie; great grandmother, Eva Jo Kinzie.
Preceded in death by his great grandfather, Norman Kinzie.
The funeral service will be Friday at 8:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
