The former Mildred Allison was born Sept. 30, 1908, in Carbon Cliff, the daughter of
William and Anna Whitehead
Allison. She married Percy F. Fillmer Jan. 1, 1930, in Moline. He died Feb. 27, 1994.
She had been employed at the LeClaire Hotel in Moline, having worked as a bookkeeper and hostess. She retired in 1983 in the accounting department when the LeClaire closed.
She enjoyed crocheting and working with people at the LeClaire Hotel.
Survivors include a brother, William Allison, Moline; and several nieces and nephews.
