Mrs. Maude Murray Ames, wife of the former superior judge, Alden Ames, died yesterday at Notre Dame Hospital. She was 70.
She is survived by her husband with whom she lived at 3028 Clay Street; a son Alden Ames Jr.; and a brother, Brig. General Charles Ira Murray.
Her husband, now a practicing attorney, was superior judge, municipal judge, and assistant district attorney here.
Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. Monday at N. Gray and Co. Chapel, San Francisco. Interment will be private.
