James Young Henson, age 43, Wilson Street, passed away Thursday 9 a.m. after a sudden illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pauline Dollahite Henson; son, Kenneth; daughters, Renee and Rosalind; grandchildren; brothers, O.L., T.C. and Harold E. Henson and sister, Mrs. R.H. Helms. Funeral service Saturday 2 p.m. Oakleigh Baptist Church and interment in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. He was a native and lifelong resident of Etowah County; member of Oakleigh Baptist Church; veteran of World War II and retired from L&N Railway. Collier-Butler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
