Franklin Levoy Ashby was a retired fireman from the Tullahoma Fire Dept. and an avid Tennessee Vols fan. He loved people and he loved his family more than anything. He also loved to dance.
His father was Huling Ashby and his mother was Ila Eara Kitchens b.25 Oct 1910 d. 15 Dec 1995. He was one of 4 children, the others being a twin Felix Leroy b. 7 Jul 1926 who died at abt 18 mths old, one sister, Geneva Aline b. 28 Jun 1929, married to MJ Riddle 14 Feb 1948 and a brother Rufus Edwin Ashby b. 7 Jul 1931 d. 30 Mar 2005, born on the same day 7 yrs apart.
