1906 - Obituary --- March 20 --- Corry Journal

"Mrs Julia Barton* died in Kane this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louisa Ross. The remains will be brought here Friday morning and the funeral will be held at Columbus at the Methodist Church at 11 o'clock. DECEASED WAS A SISTER OF SOLON WILCOX and was 80 years of age."

Note: *A death certificate was obtained and her name was Julia A. Bartlett at time of death. It states father Daniel Wilcox, but Louisa Eddy as mother. Louisa may have been Olive's middle name, or just an error on information.

Julia is mentioned in her father's will written September 24, 1850, six days before his death. "I will and bequeath to my beloved children vis ... Julia Ann Ross ..."
