Alfred W. Palmer, 78 years of age, passed away Friday at the Sun Ridge Manor Nursing Home.
He came to Ft. Lauderdale 15 years ago from Detroit, Mich., residing at 1114 NE 17th Way. He was a retired realtor, Schell Realty Co., member of Second Presbyterian Church in Ft. Lauderdale, charter member of Coral Ridge Yacht Club, charter member of the MAI Appraisers Washington, D. C., Detroit Lodge F&AM and Detroit Elks Club.
He Is survived by one son, Rowland D. Schell of Ft. Lauderdale and a grandson, Rowland D. Schell Jr.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Fannin Funeral Home, Dr. Samuel G. Orlandi officiating. Entombment in Lauderdale Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday, 2-9 p.m.
