Rhoda C. Accardi (Bardner), 85, of East Hanover, N.J., passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on May 15, 2019. Rhoda spread her love and laughter to everyone she knew and will be cherished in everyone's memory forever.
She was the beloved wife to her high school sweetheart, Joseph Accardi, for 63 years. She was the devoted mother of Maria Adams and her husband, Jeff; Anthony Accardi and his wife, Lisa; Lisa Humphries and her husband, John; Cristina Mirda and her husband, Michael.
Rhoda was the cherished grandmother of Savannah, Joe, Ben, Nicole, Alexandra, Gabrielle, Jessica, Jack, Avery, Hollis, Lexi and Lindsey. She was the proud great-grandmother of Ellie.
A memorial visitation will be held at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park, N.J., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover followed by the inurnment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
