Patricia Joy Yee died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at her home in Valley Springs. She was 68.
Mrs. Yee was born Jan. 11, 1942. She had lived in Valley Springs for 15 years and was an acupressure therapist and purveyor of Chinese herbal health supplements. She loved cats and the outdoors, and enjoyed gardening, hiking and, most of all, music and singing. She shared the joy of creating music while singing as a member of the Mountain Melody Women’s Chorus of Calaveras County.
Mrs. Yee is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bill Yee; mother Gladys Beaver of Lancaster; son Jonathan Lindsay of Conwy, Wales, U.K.; and granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Lindsay of London, U.K. She was preceded in death by son Darren Lindsay.
