Albert Joshua Browning, 75, died at his home on Friday, Nov 4, 1960 after 12 years of illness. He had made his home at Atwood for 30 years.

Funeral services are being handled by Bodkin Funeral Home; Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeck in Obion County, TN.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs Mae Browning; one son, Dewey Browning of Hornbeck; one daughter, Ms Nell Hedgecock of Trezevent; two brothers, Fred Browning and Newman Browning of Milan; three sisters, Mrs Florence McCartney of Bradford; Mrs Flossie Bruff of Bradford and Mrs Lona Ingram of Idlewild; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
