Sally Jo Titterington, of Bonita, CA was flight attendant with American Airlines who died in the crash of AA flight 191. She was hired in 1966 and was based in San Diego. The flight was departing Chicago for Los Angeles when it had a catastrophic loss of the #1 engine on takeoff causing the DC-10 to roll over and crash. She had lived in San Diego county since 1953. She was survived by her husband SD police officer Dewain Richard Titterington and a 3yr old son Craig, a brother Steve Nettleton; two sisters, Janet Chapman and her twin Vickie Bertrand of Chula Vista, and her mother, Irene Nettleton.
