Mario Crucioli, along with his wife Elena "Lil", of Chelsea, MA were victims of American Airlines flight 191 that crashed on takeoff from Chicago O'Hare bound for Los Angeles. The couple were the owners of Marlena's Sportswear in Boston and were traveling to Beverly Hills for a long overdue vacation. Mario was among the 30 victims whose bodies were never identified. These victims' names became known by a process of elimination and were buried side by side at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
