A native of North Carolina, Mrs. Armentrout was a professional cosmetologist. She was the owner/operator of two Hair Fare salons, one in Glen Burnie and the other in Sun Valley.
Surviving are her husband, Edward R. Armentrout; her son, Kevin Armentrout of Perry Hall; two daughters, Lora Anderson of Perry Hall, and Darla E. Armentrout of Annapolis; her stepfather, the Rev. Steve Brewer of Lumberton, N.C.; and two grandchildren. She was preveded in death by a son, William.
