Haake of 6501 Blue Ridge Cutoff and Lawrence J. Haake of 1417 East Seventy-Sixth Terrace; four brothers, John H. Hodes of 5700 Holmes Street, Henry J. Hodes of 5220 Rockhill Road, Herman J. Hodes of 1020 Huntington Road and George W. Hodes of 6439 McGee; five sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Haake 5127 Main, Mrs. Mary Froeschl of 621 East Fifty-fourth, Mrs. Josephine Frame of 5429 Harrison, Mrs. Henrietta Ford of Los Angeles and Mrs. Frances Quinn of 22 West Fifty-fourth; and 35 grandchildren.
The rosary will be said at 8 o'clock Friday night at the Mellody-Gilley-Eylar Chapel, Linwood Boulevard and Woodland Avenue. Services will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday at the church; burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery." The Kansas City Times, December 20, 1962
