Generia (Arsenault) Murray, 74, widow of Fortunat J. Murray, formerly of 36 Irving St., Windsor, died Tuesday (Sept. 3) at Mount Sinai Hospital. She was born in Berlin N.H. and had lived in Windsor for the past 40 years.
Mrs. Murray was employed as a clerk for Hartford National Bank, Hartford, and was a communicant of St. Gertrude Church, Windsor.
She is survived by her son John Arsenault of New Hampshire; brothers Norman Arsenault of Windsor, Steve Arsenault of Washington, and Alvin Arsenault of South Windsor; sister Dora Arsenault of New Hampshire; grandchildren Kenny Fontaine of Windsor Locks, Debbie Graywacz of Windsor Locks, and Karen Lund of Missoula, Montana; and six great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may gather Saturday at 8:15 a.m. at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, followed by a mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. in St. Gertrude Church in Windsor. Burial will be in Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Her family will receive visitors Friday, 7-9 p.m., at the funeral home.
