Halley Elizabeth Hulse was a happy energetic young girl who enjoyed listening to music, going to school with her friends and teachers, playing with her toys, nurses, therapists, and all her cousins. She loved to smile, laugh until she got hiccups, be tickled, get kisses, raspberries, and listen to her mom sing to her. Some of the many things she liked to do were to pet all animals, make finger-paintings, swim in the pool, swing, splash at bath time, and keep her momma up all night.
Halley is survived by her mother, Michelle Halley; father, Russell Hulse; sister, Jordan Gavrilis Halley; grandparents Maria Halley, John and Nancy Hulse, numerous aunts and uncles, and several caring cousins. ******* She was preceded in death by her brother, Joey Xavier Hulse; grandfather, Charles Halley; uncle, Michael Holland; and cousin, Richard Allen Alward.
