Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Johnson Chapel AME Church with the Rev. V.P. Perry, pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St.
Mr. Perry was born in Arthur City, Lamar County. He attended Blessed Martin Elementary School, Carver High School and Bishop College. His past employment was with city of Amarillo, Southwestern Public Service and Phillips Petroleum of Borger.
Survivors include his parents, Johnnie and Olivia Perry of Amarillo; two brothers, Leroy Perry of Fort Worth and Oliver Perry of Houston; five sisters, Janette Perry-Faultry and Regina Perry, both of Arlington, Theresa Perry and Kathy Floyd, both of Amarillo, and Barbara Jackson of Euless.
