Services for Marshall Sumrall, 67, retired foreman for the City of Phoenix water department, will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Grimshaw’s Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home.
Mr. Sumrall, 1746 E. Palm Lane, died Friday at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born in Purvis, Miss., and came to Phoenix in 1925. He worked for the city 35 years.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; two sons, E. Earl of Scottsdale and Marshall Lynn of Palos Verdes Estates, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Wesley King of Scottsdale; three brothers and two sisters out of state and five grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the mortuary. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Memorial Park.
