Billy Dunn, of Watauga, Texas, passed away on June 5, 2019 in North Richland Hills, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, colleague & friend to all that knew and loved him. He was born on August 6, 1949 in Breckenridge, Texas to Billie Owen Dunn & Bobbie Dunn. Billy graduated from Richland High School in 1969. He enlisted in the US Navy January 29, 1970 and was honorable discharged from active duty November 11, 1973. Billy married the love of his life, Trine Guerrero, on April 18, 1975. He worked for Dallas Mail Bulk Center for 37 years and retired in May 31, 2016. Billy loved to bowl and called Bowlero Watauga his home away from home. Billy had (4) 300 games, (2) 800 series and (5) 11 - n-a-row awards. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Trine Dunn, his daughter Sandra Dooley and spouse, Timothy Dooley, grandsons Robert Mosley, Timothy Dooley II, Robert Dooley, granddaughters Haley Dacy and Tara Dooley, great-grandson Robert Mosley Jr.; Mother Bobbie Dickinson, sister, Cathy Burr, brother, Cliff Dunn and sister, Karen Patton; with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Billie Owen Dunn and stepfather, James Robert Dickinson.
The Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday June 9, 2019 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday June 10, 2019 at Bluebonnet Hills Mausoleum. Interment to follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
