Clifford Erwin Halbrook, age 51 of Elgin, Texas, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019.

Clifford was born November 14, 1967 at Seton Hospital in Austin, Texas, to Ira Erwin Halbrook Jr. and Brenda Francke. Although Clifford spent some of his childhood in Arkansas, he spent most of his life in Elgin. His life was spent on the road doing what he loves. The roads he traveled never brought him a stranger – he made friends with just about everyone he met. He had a memorable laugh and a twinkle in his eye when he smiled.

Clifford is survived by his two beautiful daughters, who were the lights of his life, Kendra Cheyenne Halbrook and Kylee Jean Halbrook, his mother Brenda & stepdad Ronnie Brewer, sister Tina Brown and brother-in-law Tim Brown, his aunts – Judy Judkins, Alma Francke, and Donna Wiscaver. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, eleven great nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends.

Clifford is predeceased by his father Ira Halbrook Jr., sister Kay Sturdevant, and niece Christy Wickline.

As those who know him by his CB handle, “Popcorn”, would say “Roll on Little Buddy, your shift is over.”
