Mrs Sarah W Wanty
After Lengthy Illness
Mrs. Sarah W Wanty, 86, died yesterday afternoon in her home at 219 Kingsley avenue, Westerleigh, after a long illness.
Born in New Brighton, Mrs. Wanty was a lifelong Island resident. She was the widow of Joseph W. Wanty, retired operator of a New Brighton harness shop, who died two years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Stephen M Campion of 219 Kingsley avenue; two granddaughters and two great-grandsons.
The Rev. Andrew C Long, rector of Christ Episcopal Church, New Brighton, will conduct a service at 2 pm tomorrow in Mrs. Wanty's home. Burial will be in Moravian Cemetery.
