Patrick James Rideout, 70, Indiana, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at the Indiana Regional Medical Center.
The son of Robert Dale and Susanna M. Durkin Rideout, he was born December 6, 1940 in Falls Creek, Pa.
Mr. Rideout enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, antique autos, attending yard sales, collecting 1950 and 60's memorabilia, and was a fan of television wrestling.Patrick will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather.
Surviving is his wife Karen Ann (Zimmerman) Rideout, whom he wed January 6, 1968; daughters, Linda M. Cramer and her husband Michael, Clymer and Sandra Smith and her husband Matthew, Johnstown; grandchildren, Shane Douglas, Anthony Guy, Lance Alexander, and Dustin Andrew Cramer; great grandchild, Miranda Ann (Wickles) Cramer; sister, Carol Ann Plummer and husband Kenneth, Oak Ridge, TN; and a brother, Robert Lance Rideout and his wife Nancy, Erie.
Preceding Mr. Rideout in death were his parents, infant sister, Elizabeth Rideout, and an infant nephew.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the John A Lefdahl Funeral Home. A Blessing service will be conducted at 7:30 with Father Terry Hercik as celebrant.Interment in the Oakland Cemetery will be private.
