Born in Dillon County, SC, March 12,1938, he was the son of the late Etta Watts McKenzie.
Survivors include his great niece, Pam (Travis) Davis of Kingstree, SC; great-great-nieces and nephews, Taylor Tanner, Tyler Tanner, Jamie Smith, and Brandon Smith.
