Born in Bohemia, June 14, 1848. Came to America with her parents and settled at Slovan on a farm. About the year 1867 she married Anton Danek. Her husband died about a year ago. Since that time she has resided with her daughter.
Her husband, two sons, Frank and Fred, and one daughter, Sophia preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons: Emil and William, as well as three daughters: Anna, Emma and Mary.
