Thomas Luther Biggs,Jr. was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Luther Biggs, Sr. and Allie Bittle Biggs. He was survived by his wife Janice Biggs; his sister Ellen Tosh and her husband Glenn Tosh; his sister Espra Biggs; his brother James Biggs and his wife Roberta Biggs; his brother John Biggs and his wife Lois Biggs; his daughter April Anne Biggs Powell and her husband Joseph Lee Powell; and his granddaughter Laura Anne Powell.
Tom Biggs was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather who always made time to spend with his family. A World War II veteran and Allied Chemical retiree, he enjoyed working in his gardens and vacationing at Nags Head every September. An incredible sense of humor was his trademark, and all who knew him loved him.
